Short answer: a landing page from $900, a business website from $2,400, an online store from $4,500, a web app or SaaS from $7,500. These are the floors for a project with an adapted layout and a standard timeline. Below is what makes up the price, what raises it, and how to get an exact figure for your project in two minutes.
Base price by type of website
| Type | From | For whom |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | $900 | One service or product, an ad campaign, collecting enquiries |
| Business website | $2,400 | Several pages: services, cases, team, contacts |
| Online store | $4,500 | Catalogue, cart, payment, delivery |
| Web app / SaaS | $7,500 | Accounts, user roles, complex logic |
“From” here means the real lower bound, not a teaser. The calculator shows a range upwards from that figure, with room for refining the scope after the first conversation.
What affects the price
Four things set the price of a website: the type of project, the design, the functionality and the timeline.
Design — the biggest multiplier
Adapted layout — the base price. We take a proven structure and adapt it to your brand, colours and content.
Custom design — base price × 1.5. A designer creates the layout from scratch for your audience.
Premium design — base price × 2. Complex animation, illustration, a fully worked-out visual system.
Functionality — added as a fixed amount
| Option | Cost |
|---|---|
| CMS / admin panel, so you can edit the site yourself | +$800 |
| SEO: structure, meta tags, speed, schema.org | +$600 |
| Multilingual support | +$700 |
| Integrations with external services (CRM, payments, delivery) | +$1,000 |
| Dark theme | +$300 |
Timeline
Standard — no surcharge. Urgent development — base price × 1.5: to deliver sooner, the team works on several parts of the project in parallel.

What an online store costs
A store costs more than a regular website not because of the number of pages but because of what happens after the “Buy” button: payment and delivery. If they are not connected, the owner retypes every order into the delivery service and answers “where is my parcel?” by hand. More on that in e-commerce development.
What is not included in the development price
- Texts, photos and video. We help with structure and suggest what to write, but the content itself is yours or a separate service.
- Translations for a multilingual site. Multilingual support is the technical structure; the translation is done by a person.
- Domain and hosting. These are the site owner's running costs, usually small.
- Advertising and promotion after launch.
Running costs after launch
A website is not a one-off purchase. Besides the domain and hosting, we offer support from $100 a month: updates, monitoring, backups and hosting on our infrastructure. It is optional: after launch you get full access to the code and admin panel. Fixes for anything that does not work as agreed are free for the first three months.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the price “from” rather than exact?
Because two sites both called a “business website” can differ in scope several times over. The lower bound is the real price of the simplest version. We fix the exact figure after a short conversation about your project and do not change it during the work without your consent.
How long does a website take?
A landing page takes 1–2 weeks; in urgent mode we can launch in 3 days. A business website takes 2–4 weeks. An online store takes 1 to 3 months, depending on the number of products, integrations and the design. We name the exact timeline together with the price, before work starts.
Can it be cheaper?
Yes, by reducing the scope: start with an adapted layout instead of a custom design, move some features to a second stage. We do not lower the price for the same scope — that is more honest for you and better for the result.
How does payment work?
50% upfront, 50% on handover. For projects from $1,500, payment can be split into three stage-based instalments.
