We build online stores where payment, fulfilment and order status happen on their own, so the owner's job is to pack the order, not to retype it. Custom stores start at $4,500 and take one to three months. When an off-the-shelf platform fits your catalogue better, we say so at the start.
Stores lose money after the “Buy” button
The storefront is the visible part. The cost sits behind it: someone copies each order into a delivery service, creates the shipping label by hand and answers “where is my parcel?” emails. In a store we build, a paid order changes status by itself, the shipment is created through the carrier's API and the tracking number reaches the customer automatically.
What a self-running store includes
- Payments wired to order status: an order is marked paid when the payment provider confirms it, not when someone checks a statement.
- Shipping through the carrier's API: the customer picks a delivery point from a list, the label and tracking number are created automatically.
- Order statuses that update from the carrier, so customers see where their parcel is without writing to you.
- An admin panel for products, prices, stock and orders, so you change them yourself.
- Speed and structure for search: product pages that load fast on a phone and are marked up for Google.
Two stores we built
Area 636 — a board-game store designed to run without an operator: customers pay online, parcels are created and tracked through the Nova Poshta API, and the owner only packs the box.
BuzzNetwork — a web store for a Canadian Minecraft network whose traffic arrives in spikes. In-game purchases reach the player's account within seconds, on infrastructure we set up and kept online through every launch.

Off-the-shelf platform or custom build
An off-the-shelf platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce is the right choice when the catalogue is small and the processes are standard: it is quick and inexpensive. The limits show later — a non-standard discount, a sync with your warehouse, your own delivery logic — and each such change costs more than the last.
A custom store costs more at the start but grows with the business. If you start on a platform, we can move the store to custom code later without losing data or search positions.

Questions store owners ask
How long does an online store take?
One to three months, depending on the number of products, integrations and the design. We name the timeline together with the price, before work starts.
Who fills in the catalogue?
Usually your team, through the admin panel. Filling the catalogue for you is a separate service, priced in the scope.
What happens if traffic spikes during a sale?
We plan the infrastructure for your peaks, not your average day. BuzzNetwork's traffic arrives in waves at every server launch, and the store stayed online through each one.
How does payment for the project work?
50% upfront, 50% on handover. For projects from $1,500, payment can be split into three stage-based instalments.
