These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vulpes-tech.net, together with all content, forms and tools available on it. The website is operated by Vulpes Tech, sole proprietor (FOP) Bohdan Ruslanovych Mazur, Ukraine. By browsing the website, submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Any development, engineering or consulting work we do for you is governed by a separate written contract, which prevails over this page if the two ever conflict.
Using This Website
You may browse the website, download the materials we publish and contact us for business purposes, free of charge. When using the website, you agree not to:

- Interfere with the service: disrupting or overloading the website, or trying to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure

Any other use — copying, redistribution, modification or use of our branding — requires our prior written permission. Client names, logos and screenshots shown in the portfolio remain the property of the respective clients and are displayed for reference only.

When you send us a message, a brief, a file or feedback, you keep every right in it. You give us permission to use that material for one purpose only: to answer you and prepare a proposal. You confirm that you are entitled to share it, and that it neither infringes anyone else’s rights nor contains confidential information you are not allowed to disclose.
Please do not send confidential material through the website forms. If a discussion needs it, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first — we sign NDAs at no cost.
Cost Estimates Are Not an Offer
The cost calculator, and any price, timeline or range shown on this website, is indicative. It is generated from the options you select and does not account for the specifics of your project: integrations, compliance requirements, third-party licences or the state of an existing system.
No estimate on this website is a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. A binding price and schedule are set only in a signed contract or in a written quotation issued after we have reviewed your requirements.
Enquiries and Communication
We aim to answer enquiries within one business day, but we do not guarantee a response time and we may decline any enquiry at our discretion. Sending a form creates no contract and no obligation for either side.
- Business communication: by sending your contact details, you agree that we may reply by email, phone or messenger about your enquiry
- Newsletter: we send updates only after you subscribe, and every message carries an unsubscribe link
- No marketing by default: contacts from enquiry forms are never added to the newsletter automatically
Services Run Under a Separate Contract
Custom development, embedded engineering, staff augmentation, legacy software modernisation, maintenance and every other service described on this website are delivered under a separate written agreement. That agreement defines the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, payment terms, warranties, transfer of intellectual property and confidentiality obligations.
Service descriptions on this website are marketing material, not a commitment to a particular scope, technology stack or result.
Third-Party Links and Services

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
