When an existing project needs extra hands or a skill your team lacks, you can add one or several of our engineers or designers to it. They work in your repository, your tracker and your rituals, as part of your team. We are in Ukraine (UTC+2/+3): a full working-day overlap with Europe and your morning on the US East Coast. The rate depends on the role; you get it after a short call about what you need.
Engineers who join your process, not a black box
Outsourcing hands a result over the wall. Staff augmentation does the opposite: you keep the product, the priorities and the code review, and our people work inside them — in your stand-ups, your pull requests and your channel. If your process works, we follow it; if something in it slows the work, we say so.

Questions about staff augmentation
What is the difference from a dedicated team?
With staff augmentation you manage the work and our engineers join your team. With a dedicated team we assemble a full-cycle team that works only on your product and we run the delivery. You can start with one engineer and move to a dedicated team later.
Who owns the code they write?
You do. They work in your repository, under your accounts, from the first day.
What if the engineer is not a fit?
Tell us early. Replacing a person is our job, and the regular check-ins exist so that it rarely comes to that.
