Area 636: a store that runs without an operator

Board-game store designed to run without an operator: customers pay through Monobank, parcels are created and tracked through the Nova Poshta API, and the owner only has to pack the box.

What we didOnline store with payment and delivery automation
IntegrationsMonobank payments, Nova Poshta API

The task

In a small store, the owner is also the operator: they check payments, copy each order into the delivery service, create the shipping label and answer customers asking where their parcel is. The store had to take that work over.

What we built

  • Payment through Monobank that marks the order as paid by itself.
  • Shipping through the Nova Poshta API: the customer picks a branch, the parcel is created automatically.
  • Tracking that updates the order status, so customers can see where their parcel is.

The result

Payment, parcels and tracking run on their own; the owner's job is to pack the box.
