Progalit is a Software-as-a-Medical-Device platform for urology, built with a French health-tech company backed by European funds. Doctors follow each patient's urine pH, fluid intake and diet in real time, while AI adapts the citrate therapy that dissolves kidney stones without surgery.

The task
The project had been through previous development teams without reaching launch. A medical product cannot simply be patched until it works: what it recommends affects a patient's treatment, so the architecture, the data and the release process all had to be something a regulatory consultant could stand behind.
What we built
- A view for doctors that follows each patient's urine pH, fluid intake and diet in real time.
- AI decision support that adapts the citrate therapy — a recommendation the doctor reviews, not a decision taken for them.
- A progressive web app for patients, installable from the browser, for the daily measurements the therapy depends on.
The result
We took over the architecture and brought Progalit to a live product. It is in patients' hands today.
